My mother is in the hospital and is having surgery tomorrow afternoon. She’s been ill for quite some time and it is hoped that this surgery will finally put her well on the road to recovery. It is going to take a while but I do hope that spring brings better days for all of us. Your positive thoughts and good intentions and prayers would be greatly appreciated in what is a very difficult time for me and mine. Y’all have pulled us through before and it is my hope that you do so again. And thanks. I appreciate this community more than I could ever tell you, for so many reasons and in so many ways. My mother was recently in surgery as well. Seems to be doing well following it – in fact better than expected. Another dear friend of mine was afraid they might need surgery – and doesn’t. So I seem to have good karma regarding health problems lately – let’s see if I can get some of it to rub off on your mother and yourself 🙂 Best wishes for uneventful surgery and speedy recovery! ---
