Look, it’s not that I want the thread to die. It’s that I want that particular argument to die, since it’s not getting anyone anywhere. If someone has something to say about the OP itself, I’d be glad to discuss it, or even flame about it. But that particular argument was getting EXTREMELY frustrating. Besides, I consider the issue to be resolved, so why are you continuing to be a prick? No offense intended, of course. ---

Jesus Christ. I wanted to let this argument die. I really did. But I just can’t let that comment slide. I don’t need her to give me strength. I didn’t need it before, and I don’t need it now. I appreciate her support, but I don’t **need** it. You know what I think of you? I think you’re picking through every one of my posts, ignoring any points I make, just looking for something to condescend me about. However, when I said I wasn’t going to flame you, you knew you couldn’t flame me and keep that “righteous” facade going. So instead of just letting it go like a gentleman and a good sport, you say “Given your last post. Sure. I’m done. For now.” With that “for now” tacked on there as a deliberate attempt to bait me into fighting again. Then, when I suggested that someone could hijack the thread back to it’s original purpose, you said “How about just letting it die, like _you_ suggested Freak.” Which, you can’t deny, has an _extremely_ condescending tone to it, and was hard to ignore. And I don’t think you wanted the thread to die. If you did, you wouldn’t have responded at all. I think you want to keep fighting. I think you think you’re winning, and you’re high on that. And I’ll admit right now that I didn’t want this thread to die. But if it came between that and continuing this petty little argument, I would’ve chose to let the thread die. But now I’ve had a change of heart. Now I have enough hatred for you inside me to keep this going if that’s what you want to do. So once again, I’m going to leave it in your hands.
