And I’m not ashamed! They explained all the big words in a really friendly and non-threatening manner, and allowed me to become the mediocre compure graphics hobbyist that I am today. ---

For those unfamiliar with the 30 or so OTHER beer styles besides light American pilsner, the Beer for Dummies book is a place to start. And what’s wrong with Classical Music for Dummies, if you have little or no exposure to the genre? ---

/jack/ I actually bought “Sex for Dummies” and put it on my living room table at my last party to see what people would say. But the party goers were more interested in the giant rubber fist on my bookshelf. Although Mrs. Pstarr and I got a lot of laughs out of the cunnilingus section of the book. P /end jack/ ---

Okay, I work in a bookstore, and have seen most of the abive mentioned books. Near Death Experiences for Dummies is one of the best. But my absolute fave was Ghosts and Hauntings (I can’t recall if it was Dummies or Idiots). In general, though, I think they’re pretty good books. They explain the basics in easy-to-understand terms. Sounds good to me. ---

Well, the best one I’ve seen is something along the lines of **The Complete Idiots Guide to the Human Genome**. Now, I saw this book before the human genome was completely mapped and such, and so I said to myself, “You’d have to be an idiot to buy that book.” At any rate, nice sig **Dijon**.
