# Astronauts as Jedi Knights

I was just on a panel discussing how Science Fiction inspires Real Life Science last month. Then this happens:

If Buzz Aldrin had had a light saber when that moon landing denier accosted him, the denier might’ve been in real trouble, instead of just getting punched.

Well, these days a big budget movie costs more than a real space mission. Maybe we should sell NASA to Disney.

Are you kidding? After _Mars Needs Moms_ and _John Carter_, it’s clear that Disney would NEVER get us to Mars!
