This one for $494 has a slightly faster processor and if you upgrade for $25 (included in the price I gave, it’s $470 otherwise) you can have a 320GB hard drive instead of a 250gb one. I couldn’t figure out how the graphic cards compare, though.

I’m looking into getting a netbook for my son for school. I’m leaning towards a 12 inch ASUS Eee PC in the $400 range, Vs. something in the 10 inch $300 range. The Windows 7 starter scares me, and all the 10 inch netbooks seem to have that. That, plus the extra RAM and extra screen real-estate seems worht the $100 difference.
At this point, would it be worth it to wait untill cyber Monday to order, to maybe get a better price?
