You have a man who is 5ft 5in in a relationship with a woman taller than him. Lets say in this example she is 5ft 9in. Knowing that the overwhelming majority of couples in the world are compromised of either shorter woman-taller man or negligible/same height couples, we can assume that anal sex is done with the man being taller or of a negligible height to his partner. So, what happens when he is much shorter than the woman with the variation as above? Is it possible without her bending over? Also similarly with vaginal sex standing up, how would it work? ---

I know we are suppose to fight ignorance, but… really? It never becomes impossible, unless he has been gelded and she has had her asshole sewed shut. ---
