I think I had some responce to this thread yesterday, but I don’t remember anymore. Dan Dennett proposed a latin acronym for the Darwin fish (starting at 2:00 in [this](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=17Vh8ucPmfc&watch_response) video), which translates to: Destory the author of things in order to understand the infinite universe. Also, we have a good [agnostic](http://www.cafepress.com/antireligion.26806296) bumper sticker slogan. ---

In case anyone is interested, Darwin 3:16 reads: “The elder De Candolle and Lyell have largely and philosophically shown that all organic beings are exposed to severe competition.” It’s not particularly catchy. Admittedly, I didn’t go so far as to render _On The Origin of Species_ into verses; that’s just the 16th sentence of Chapter 3. Perhaps breaking the sentences up would result in a snappier 16th verse. Darwin did love his run-on sentences. I don’t believe that atheism really needs a slogan. But in the event that I’m wrong, may I suggest: “The buck stops here.” ---
