**Brighter** , do you think that very religious people associate scientists with atheists, and perhaps this influences their thoughts about a topic like global climate change? Or perhaps do you agree with some, who appear to think that climate change science is a “grand conspiracy” (which is pure evil), and that scientists are busy destroying the world, for money, with no regard for morals or any concept of decency? Or do you just doubt the anthropogenic part of climate change, and possibly think that scientists are just making this part up? ---

I think I already answered your questions many times, but I Do get you have the need to be ‘acknowledged’. No gentle suggestions helped, so here we are, you’re pain in the ass, and you’ve been terribly obvious from the beginning (and what for?). What’s your pro anyway? You’re mixing up the tenses so badly that this sentence makes no sense. ---

If I exchange insults, or if I insult (it happens very rarely in very specific circumstances) I do it directly and privately. Another matter is how particular person understands term ‘being insulted’. I’ve seen many ‘pain in the asses’ here and it hardly is an insult, it’s colloquialism. If I don’t get attention it’s not a biggie, I can hardly be a star all the time and it’s not possible to be in the centre of attention all the time (I couldn’t stand it all the time anyway). Also my type of personality doesn’t have to be everyone’s cup of tea. But - there are people who long affection and attention and are able to do anything to get it. You use your admin account to inform me, which is to your advantage, but if I really did something horrid, you’d just ban me. And anyway we all are here to play. That’s why forums exist. Exchanging posts with more than one nick doesn’t always mean exchanging posts with more than one physical person - it would be great naivety to think that, especially when there are admins around with advantages. I disagree; what I do is straight dope for you. You like it and you want more. If you are feeling annoyed, have a look into it: why you are feeling it? When it occurs? In specific situations? And so on. You might be particularly shy with women around. I’m not even slightly annoyed. Why would I be? You cannot diminish your own behaviour as we interact. Perhaps you are doing something that irritates you, perhaps your actions/inactions are the issue. Anyone could use advantages of admin account, just the point is not to and still feel allright. ---

Ahh too bad for Brighter… Anyhow, much of the mentality, the vitriol and anti-science actions of creationists, intelligent designers and climate change deniers is misguided; many religious organizations, and yes even men of faith are also scientists, do not reject the science.
