Until there’s further clarification I’m just assuming that I acted in a way to piss **John Mace** off at some point and he’s making full use of me opening up a pit thread. ---

Or maybe it was just a potshot of opportunity. To close to call. ---

Steve Sailer and Steven Bainbridge almost certainly aren’t the same person, so I think we can rule out **athelas** being the same person as the original bloggers. He’s clearly a serial plagiarist.
