# Atlanta Dopers: Shall we try again?

Atlanta, it must be confessed, tends to have the lamest Dopefests of all, usually consisting of nothing more than **mouthbreather** and I (and sometimes **gooti** and sometimes **spoke-** ) sucking on beers at the Highlander. **Lsura** ’s usually too shy. **Mullinator** doesn’t like to come into town. **TubaDiva** , I’m half-convinced, is fictional.
There seem to be many new Georgia Dopers around lately, so maybe it’s time for another try. Who’s up for a summer Atlanta Dopefest?

I used to live on Charles Allen, right 'round the corner from The Highlander! I have to say, though, that I preferred Prince of Wales, Atkins Park (up in the Highlands), or my most favoritest of all, The Highland Tap!
Is it all still there? Can you still bring your own booze to The Flying Biscuit? Has the Bridgetown Grill turned completely into a tacky corporate schlubfest?
Am I completely hijacking your thread?

It’s not that I don’t like to come into town, I just don’t like to do it when I don’t have to since work and school drag me there often enough. But, come up with a time and place and I’ll do my darnedest to be there.

I’d love to plan it, only I lack gumption and organizational skills.
But I really, really like the idea of making Clermont Lounge part of the festivities. It’s a strip club with the most unappealing strippers in Atlanta, including Blondie, who has the largest external genitals of any woman I’ve ever seen naked.

I am all about it. Driving 5 1/2 hours to see the largest external (as opposed to internal?) genitals of any woman doesn’t sound like an adventure I can pass up!

Ok, so anybody got suggestions for a date? I don’t have a lot of vacation time, so if it’s on a weekend, I am definitely there. And I would offer to plan this, but I don’t even live in Atlanta. Maybe **pbr** can throw some more suggestions out when he gets to work. The only time in the near future that I can’t do anything is May 18. When is BamaDope?
