I think that’s the point. No one would have any idea what “II” is. Even if you’d seen the first installment, I doubt you’d figure out what the poster was for from “II”.
(it actually does give the movie title in small type at the bottom, but the point of a movie poster is kind of lost if it needs to be seen up close)

Then you apparently never read Atlas Shrugged and have no idea what Rand stood for. Many of her characters deliberately lost money, on principle. In fact, that’s what the book is about.

My opinion of the poster is the same as my opinion of the movie . . . which I have no intention of watching.
