If you guys want to eat at Pepito’s or where the heck ever, just TELL ME so I can make reservations there tomorrow. I’ll be in Tuscaloosa TOMORROW night too at a friend’s apartment, so it won’t be any trouble for me to phone in reservations. Just let me know, like tonight. Who would want to go eat Mexican? (I mean, I LOVE Mexican food, so I’m game.) ---

Pepito’s is on the Strip (University Blvd.), on the left as you are coming from campus. It’s in the same strip as all the bars. It’s next to Vinyl Solution records, etc. ---

…super\_head and Mrs. super\_head will not be in attendance. We’re being flown to Denver by a company I’ve been interviewing with and I am hoping (fingers crossed) that they will be extending me an offer. They asked us to say overnight Friday, so we could spend Saturday touring the city to decide if we would like to live there. Yay! 🙂 But y’all have fun! Well, my boss’s son, who goes to UA, says that Pepito’s is absolutely great. Probably the best Mexican food in the state. I’m thinking this will be a very wise choice. Ok…I can’t help it if I think about nothing but food. And margaritas. Is Pepito’s it? ---

Ok, My intentions are still to be there, but I will have to cut it short this evening-I have to make it back to Atlanta tonight, because I forgot about a friend’s birthday celebration that I have to attend-so, I’ll probably have to head out by 7 at the latest, and I can’t drink(cause I have, like, NO tolerance). So, 4PM, central time(3.5 hours of drive time there…that means that if we were in the same time zone I’d need to leave by 12:30…so I need to hit the road by 1 at the latest. ok)…and I have my directions printed out. ---

_grumble_ I was almost across the GA/AL line when my car started acting up. Pulling off, I checked what I could, and headed back towards the interstate to see how it was doing. To make a long story short, I had to be towed back to my part of town, and with no other car(plus with it now being 4PM here), there’s not a chance of me making it over there, or to the other shindig tonight, unless I can catch up with someone going to that.
