Public interest would be better served by keeping asshole bicyclists off their bikes rather than not supporting bike lanes. ---

Notice that we had a person on this thread who was bewildered at the idea of not being able to ride on the sidewalk? That’s because education with regards to bicycling and bicyclists is awful. What little education there is is awful and even makes things worse. The laws are confusingly written and backwards (and written with the intent of getting cyclists off the road.). So no real surprise that it ends up a muddled mess.
