This is it, ladies, gentlemen and **Hal**. What you’ve all been waiting for. We’ve had the auditions, and the signatures are up. But now we will do what we are all here to do. Get drunk. No sorry, get down and boogie for: Official **Doper Brat Pack** Party 2004 We have no chance of a BratFest just yet, but that doesn’t mean we can’t show our hard-rocking, hard-partying selves right here. But before we party, we must plan and purchase of much fun items. 😃 All **brats** are obviously invited but each **brat** may bring two guests. Sucking up may commence now for you ordinary dopers. 😛 I will take suggestions for appropiate party games, and items for partying. ---

Wow I am surprised at the dearth of replies to this posting. I thought Brat Dopers were party animals, drink 'til you drop, fun-loving, fast-living critters. Come on folks, we have to show the rest of the SDMB what a “Wild Bunch” of devil-may-care lads and lasses we are. Just off the top of my head how about drinking Kool-Aid™ from a metal pitcher !! Maybe drinking milk that is one, maybe even 2 days past the expiration date !! Just to show we are fun-loving “swingers” (but still intellectual), how about games of “Strip Chess”? One time I remember that after a 3 hour session, my lovely female opponent was so crushingly defeated, she had to remove _ **both** _ earrings !! See ? I live life in the fast lane !!! 😃 ---

Now come on folks, show some **brat** spirit here. Alright so we need: Plenty of alcohol, (this of course being for the over-18’s and over-21’s wherever it may be) 😃 This must include: Beer, maybe some wine, something to take a shot with (I recommend AfterShock but tequila is fine), anything else that is good. I think maybe we should make some Long Island’s as well Hmmmmm, we need some form of snack as well. So everyone needs: Milk and bread to start off (If you don’t know why, shame on you) Cookies Something on a stick, most definitely Chilis (hehe, fun) Something from your nearest takeaway, I got an idea for a game. Anything else we can get our grimy paws on. Also everyone is going to need a camera. Yup, most definitely. Alright start inviting friends. You are allowed to invite dopers like I said, but you can invite as many regular friends as you want. I want you houses filled with party people rocking out. **Hal** people are out to get you, it is not you imagination. I mean, you are officially in charge of inventing some online ahem, drinking games. **harmless** since you have shown yourself to be a alcohol conniseur, I know I can’t spell, you are in charge of finding some delightful beverages for our little shindig and telling us what’s good and what’s great. **wolf\_meister** you party animal you. Ooooo! OOO! Here’s my favorite party game: One person(the Host) takes a book from the shelf, shows it to everyone, then writes down the first sentence from that book on a piece of paper. Next, everyone else writes down a sentence they believe could be the first sentence of that book. All the sentences get put in a hat, mixed up, and then picked and read aloud one by one. Everyone(except the Host) votes on which sentence they think is the right one. If you voted for the correct sentence, you get 5 points. Every vote your sentence gets(as opposed to the correct sentence), you get 2 points. Everyone gets one turn as the host, and the winner gets to go home early! 🙂 ---

Ok, my part is coming along pretty well. Lesse, I got the tarantula-filled piñata, plenty of tin foil for the chapeau fashion show, a bucket of bleach-filled balloons and a bucket of ammonia-filled balloons for big poison-gas balloon fight, all the supplies for _MXC: The Home Game_ (ummm…how many acres do we have for this party?), lots and lots of plastic sheeting to protect the furniture and rugs from any splatter, a case of lubricant, three bags of Zombie Chow, I convinced Bang Tango to reunite just for the party, and Goats ‘R’ Us has a trailerload on standby. Hmmm…it feels like I’m forgetting something… ---

**Rufus** ’s game is in. We will involve drinking somehow. Another game: The “leader” provides a line from either a famous film or song and everyone must send out e-mails saying the name of the film/song. Last person in has to take a shot and becomes leader. We are playing Spin the Bottle for definite. But I’ll need a list of whose involved. Truth or Dare, “dirty” style, as well.
