St. Patrick’s Day would probably be best for me as well. Not that I’m Irish in any conceivable way (I’m a lapsed catholic - does that count?), but right now I’ll need about two months to get into a festive mood. Mean as a snake and twice as pissed off. **Skinny** , you’re going to _drive_ all the way to Barcelona? Wouldn’t it be cheaper to fly? Not to mention the entire day (if not more) we’d lose in travel time… Unless! We make driving to Barcelona a big traveling party! Hoo Ahh! That I could go for! Anyhoo, AFIAK, Barcelona is in October, no firm date and the only confirmed participants are me, Globey and GayFishGuy, though I’ve heard tell that Coldy is thinking about considering going. 😃 ---

Hi Taters and the Trash. And a Bonzo Dog Do Dah New Year to everyone ! I think it’s always refreshing to lose the plot for a while – possibly too long in my case, the 70’s was a while ago now – but isn’t it always nice to come back again ! ? Ahh, once more the comfort of the old familiar cyber sofa that is the STMB, the familiar sound of L\_C barking up the wrong tree, the sweet smell of hungover Euro Trash…talking of which. Amsterdam in Feb, Barca in October (could I nominate sultry, sexy Seville as a Plan B ? – haven’t been there but that’s what I hear and the weather’s more reliable later in the year). All things are possible ! (slight fly in my ointment is 3 courses I want to take during Feb but……) Shall we talk about a London gig after mission ‘Amsterdope’ (you know how those Corporate Bankers don’t like public references to ‘DopedDopersDope’) has been accomplished ? The Thill, I think we’ve all decided on the weekend of March 17th. I talked to S. Norman and it looks like he’s going to come, too. Hoo! Ahh! And **beth** , I don’t know if we are going to do the postcards again this time, as in offering them to everyone on the board.
