Sorry, folks. I had my blinders on and read the OP as another straight man complaining about homosexuals and the threat they pose to whatever it is they pose a threat to. In other words, oh, boy have I been whooshed, especially since I never watch the shows the OP refers to. Trust me, I get as annoyed with women who use sex as a form of blackmail as anyone. It’s just that, while my intent was to take aim at bigotry (and maybe get a mention in the " Damn \_\_\_s Hot!" thread in MPSIMS), I shot myself in the foot instead. Here let me use an example. I didn’t meant that you ought NEVER talk about it, just not ALWAYS talk about it. Suppose you had a co-worker who was a nascar fan. Nascar then gets banned for not being family friendly and fans continue to undergroud race anyway. All your co-worker talks about is How badly persecuted he is and how misunderstood nascar is by the general public. All the time. He always finds a way to turn the conversation to Nascar, no matter that his coworkers are nascar fans too, but don’t particularily care if it gets re-instated. He insists that nascar was the ONLY way to live and if you don’t support it, your just a bigot. Moreover if you have the temerity to say;“let’s talka bout something else today okay?” you too must be a bigot and a prude. Sheesh. If it’s your lifestyle that’s great, i don’t grudge it too you, but I don’t want it in my face constantly either. It doesn’t matterr if it’s gay rights, or evangelical christians, it gets ANNOYING. Chill, and you’ll get far more acceptance. ---
