You _are_ all coming to [San DiegoDopefest](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?threadid=103068) on March 30, right? I hauled my butt up there for 3 Dopefests, so of _course_ you’re all going to do me oblige me by returning the kind favor for our first 'fest, right? _RIGHT?_ I knew you would. 😉 Esprix ---

I sincerely wish I could – and I certainly would if I could. Unfortunately, I’ll be in St. Louis with **Spiny Norman** that weekend, making wedding plans. Sorry, hon. ☹ Have an extra scoop for me, though, will ya? ---

I don’t think chances are good for me to be able to make it down there. I’ll review my options, but I must stress that they don’t look good. ---

Heading to Old Town after the fest, drinking yards of beer til I can’t speak. Have to call and see if Lips is having Gospel Sunday Brunch, that place rocked last time I was there. But I digress. So, **Esprix** , ya gonna wear bunny ears for me? 😃 ---

However I might be interested in seeing whatever pictures may surface from your little soiree.
