Pluto, thanks for checkin’ in. We got a back-up plan for driving (looks like I’ll need to review those directions now…) Sorry you won’t be there. ---

☹ Pluto, sorry you can’t come. We’ll miss you. And ren, JayLa has the map and directions, so you should be fine. Niggle can’t make it either, and I haven’t heard from rjk, although I read in another thread that he is in Texas (I think) so I guess he won’t be there. Any last minute changes, please post them here so I can rearrange the reservation. JayLa also has my cell phone number, so we should be all set. Cheers! Scotti ---

Well, that was a blast! And I absolutely _loved_ the restaurant! Thanks for setting this one up, Scotticher. We hope to see you down our way again soon! Extra hugs for good measure: {{{Scotti}}} ---

I am such an idiot! I scheduled my whole weekend around going to the dopefest on Saturday. Only the dopefest was on Friday. Duh! Now what am I going to do this weekend? ---

Well, houseguests kept me from getting online all weekend but better late than never. 🙂 I had a great time - thanks **Scotti** for setting it up, **ren** for driving, and **Johnny L.A.** for giving us a reason to get together. I’m looking forward to the next one! ---

Well, I’m back in Los Hideous. (Actually, Orange, since I’m at work.) I had a great time at the Dopefest. The food was incredible. **Ren** had The Watch From Another Planet that was interesting. **Jayla** had a smile that wouldn’t quit. And **Scotti** , of course, was the mastermind of the evening. Two of my friends from B’ham also attended. I had to leave early because my friends were leaving, and I’m not familiar enough with the town to find my way back to their place. (Actually, it turned out to be rather simple; but I didn’t know that at the time.) I can’t wait to get back up there!
