# ATTENTION: READ IF YOU USE A DEEP FRYER AT WORK

I work in a Publix deli frying chicken, and we use a Chesterfried deep fryer. It has 8 programable buttons for different cook times and cycles, but in the absense of a manual, we have no clue how to program it. If anyone knows how to work this contraption, that would be a great help.

The fryer is a Chesterfried CF720, manufactured in 1999.
