I mean _really_, for God’s sake is there any truly needful reason to make this family matter any more public other than some perverse desire for attention. Perhaps it’s a cautionary tale, like if even Marie Osmond’s kids are sluts and whores, you can’t possibly trust that your kids aren’t up to the same thing. :rolleyes: ---

Why are you calling out Marie Osmond on this? It was the _National Enquirer_ who dug up the blogs. It was the _Enquirer_ who called her for a statement. The unfortunate thing about being a celebrity, even a C-list celebrity like Marie Osmond, is that people who hear this crap will think it was her blog, or she wrote it for her kids or some other mutant version of the facts. If she doesn’t put a statement on the record, people will just make shit up. They’ll do it anyway, but at least she has something to point to. ---

It irritates me beyond belief that they are described as being her \*\*adopted \*\* daughters. What this has to do with anything, I don’t know. ---

The link doesn’t support the OP’s assertation that Marie Osmond is a publicity whore. Her \*daughters \*, yes, but not Marie Osmond. Now if you want to attack her for selling collector dolls, I’m right with you. The world would be a better place without the B-list QVC hawkers of the world. ---

I agree with **kunilou** and **PunditLisa** – it was the Enquirer that found the blogs. They were (I am sure) going to publish the story anyway. Osmond’s comments were kind of stupid, but what else could she say, really? ---
