That would be me, but I don’t like the term–it sounds like I’m attending the Naval Academy. I prefer to think of myself as a NEWTAL. (Non-Entity Who Talks A Lot.)

Bump - An indication that the only reason for a post is to bring the topic back to the top of the list.  
This practice is not that common because it seems to be frowned upon by many posters.  
I would certainly never do this.

From context it is a civil rights organization but I don’t know what it means.  
( Other than another excuse to bump this. )  
Anyone wanna let me in on the secret?
