And why did Oregon feel the need to actually dress like ducks for this game? The helmets are cool,'but the fluorescent yellow is hideous. ---

Auburn was saved by the end of the quarter. If it was played before the break, I’m pretty sure it would have been a touchdown. ---

I’m surprised Disney’s not all over that Oregon mascot. If that’s not Donald Duck, it’s his twin brother, and I thought Disney was notoriously aggressive about sueing over stuff like that. ---

Now the offenses are starting to wake up. This is the kind of game I was expecting to begin with. What the hell was that formation the Ducks just used on that conversion? I’ve never seen that before. ---

11-7 Beautiful touchdown and a gutsy 2-pt conversion. Auburn’s touchdown was good as well, but I’m enjoying Oregon more so far. ---

Is Casey Matthews related to Clay Matthews? He sure looks like him (plays kind of like him too). This is the first time I’ve really watched Cam Newton play, and he looks really nervous to me. Hesitant, indecisive. I see physical talent, but I don’t see poise. ---

Kicking the FG would have been stupid. The Over/Under was 74 for chrissakes, FGs aren’t gonna win this thing. Plus if you fail, the other team is pinned anyway. … and now look what can happen. ---

Yes, Casey Matthews is another one of the clan. Oregon needs to learn to stop Dyer. If they can do that, Auburn’s offense is nigh on useless. I bet TCU gets votes after tonight.
