From a purely selfish perspective, the timing is a bit unfortunate. I just dropped off my wife at the airport. She’s on her way to visit her sick father in South Korea. I understand that the South Korean military is on high alert and that the possibility of an attack from North Korea, while remote, exists. ---

Yeah, I don’t really get much out of these triumphalist “three cheers for the death of random repellent person X!”-threads either. But this is a pretty harmless pit. It’s not even like laughing over some standard politician you hated dieing, where it could be argued it is a bit distasteful to piss on someone’s grave over policy differences. It’s hard to muster up much to say in support of a KJI. I know he irritates you, but I think you’d come off looking better if you stuck to beating on **Qin** where he more clearly deserves it. ---
