Concerning the videos, was _Rio_ the one that had the girl rolling around in the sand, or was that _Hungry Like the Wolf_ ? Because I’m wondering if it’s the same girl from the album cover art of Cameo’s _Alligator Woman_. I loved the video for Duran Duran’s _Girls On Film_. Btw, how cool is it that Roberto Duran and his brother were a pop group in the 80s? ---

The older word for **rio** in Spanish is **guadal** - so **Guadalcanal** is really “river canal” - a tautology worthy of… Duran Duran. I’m just sayin’ ---

Geraldo examined a mural by a Mexican socialist. Billy had a bootleg DVD of the latest George Clooney movie. Vanessa quietly excused herself. All of a sudden Ricki’s lake deed couldn’t be found, John’s waters went missing, Geraldo’s Rivera fell from the wall and Billiy’s Ocean’s 12 disappeared. Anyway, they blamed it on Rio. ---
