Here it is: [Botticelli - the letters we've used so far - Thread Games - Straight Dope Message Board](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=648663) Elendil’s Heir made the chart to keep up with how many times letters were used, so the same few wouldn’t show up over and over again (I assume). I have the Millard Fillmore Pez dispenser. Take DQs accordingly. ---

Michael Farady rose to prominence thatnks to a scientific career that began with an appointment to work for Sir Humphry Davy - however, having consulted his wikipedia entry since posting the question, I learn that he was employed first as a secretary and then as an assistant, and served his actual apprenticeship with a bookbinder.
