Tell me more about our American perverts in Florida. Here in WI, we’ve had people convicted of having sex with a dead deer, and a human corpse – not the same people, either. The latter conviction was overturned (as was the corpse, probably) because it turns out it’s not illegal to have sex with a corpse in Wisconsin. ---

The arguement was essentially one of fairness – how is it that someone who fucks a dead deer gets worse punishment than the ones fucking the human corpse? ---

If your referring to the 3 teens that were going to dig up the motorcycle accident lady for sex, they didn’t dig her corpse up. The charge of sexual assault has been deemed to apply to a corpse so that charge is back on for the teens.
