Twenty one million that is, in terms of its population.

Working from assumptions based on population trends emerging from last year’s census, the Bureau of Statistics estimates that Australia’s population will reach 21,000,000 some time around 29 June: [link](http://www.news.com.au/story/0,23599,21853184-1702,00.html)
