I like avatars too, it helps to notice specific people in long discussions at a glance. Although I wonder what I’m doing wrong, **Guinastasia** and **John Mace** are guests like I am and the avatar I did set, with the right size and format, is not showing. ---

I think I found one reason, while I have seen the limit to be set at 125 pixels by 125, the avatar field is replying that it should be 50 x 50 as a maximum. Another thing: One’s avatar is not one’s Profile picture. There was a script that we used before that looks like it used the profile picture as the avatar but that is not the case now. I can see that your profile picture is indeed not like your avatar one. I’m editing my avatar to the right specs now. ---

Yes, and there is also a limit to the image file size. I don’t remember what it is but it tells you when you’re in the process of uploading. ---
