# Average American throws away 80 lbs. of clothing each year

Thank you for condolences re my mothers passing. We are all doing well. I am doing my best to stay in front of things, but to not put the cart before the horse. Shit ton of things to do, but thankfully, there is no rush. Thank you again.

Yeah, I have a local drop-off service I use sometimes. A double-load is easily 20 pounds, especially if jeans are involved.
