You’d have to really stretch the definition of “conservative” to include Lieberman as one. There used to be conservative Democrats, but Lieberman was never one. He was just more hawkish on foreign policy than others, but by that definition Bill Clinton and Al Gore were both conservatives.
In fairness, I should note that prior to becoming the VP, Al Gore was known as a conservative Democrat.

Bill Clinton turned out to be a pretty damn conservative Democratic president. The last actually liberal president was Carter.
