I’m surprised the New Yorker parodist didn’t have the 1980 Rand mention that there’s this Canadian drummer fellow who’s got a thing for her oeuvre. Anyway, it was a funny piece. I love about two-thirds of the “Shouts and Murmurs” pieces. ---
