I know Clarabell wasn’t a puppet but that’s the only other character from the show I know.
ETA: It also looks like I’m going to get badly hurt by my opinion that Lassie was a sixties TV series.

Good LORD I sucked at this! Can we go back to the late 20th century again? I got that.
Now if #10 had been “name an educational **short **from the 50s or 60s” I would have had to get out my list .

Say, Mr. Greenjeans…is that a *conch *in your pocket?
I’m sure glad I didn’t go with my first impulse, which was Mr. Moose. Second thought was Bunny Rabbit. Third thought was “Oh, duh!!!”

Ahh… this is truly a feud from my childhood! Well, except for question #5, the kids toy fad from the 60s, because by then I was nearly 10. I would have picked “superball” but figured that G.I. Joe might be a “safer” answer.
- Rinty was my favorite show as a small child.
- Who could resist a talking horse, especially a golden palomino?! Yeah, he was, even though you couldn’t really tell, cause the show was black and white.
- Alvin, of course!
- Hula hoop, which I could -never- do!
- My brothers had them.
- I’m wondering how many folks are going to remember who the other puppets were (other than Howdy)!
- Of course Bunny Rabbit, who was always tricking the Captain out of his carrots.
- Here’s another question that will separate the 50s era folks from everyone else - Crusader Rabbit was pretty big with kids when I was in 2nd grade.
- Of course the Flintstones - I love Pebbly poo.
-
laughs I may be the only one who remembers Miss Francis Ding Dong School! We’ll see.
Very early “educational” tv.
Hope you all enjoy this feud.
