Hey, Biggirl, I’m lookin’ forward to this event. And I’m REALLY curious now about what Dr. Matrix said to you about attending Dopefests. 🙂 thinksnow, I hope you’ll save a real live waltz for me when you get to NY. 😉 ---

Not sure how I got left off the “cool kids” list, since I live in the damn city and have every intention of being present. Maybe I’m just not cool? There is a potential tragedy happening here: **Miss Creant** may be bowing out due to poverty, and I’m too heinously broke to fly her out to the festivities, despite her earlier offer of her virtue and self-respect for anybody who could pick up the tab. If these factors remain unchanged, we’ll never meet and fall madly in lust. I’ll never get to kiss Little Wooden Boy. We won’t have children who will rule the planet someday. Why, cruel fate, why?!? ---

I’m coming up! Yeah, I know - my name’s been on the list since the top of p.3, but that’s only because I made a smart-ass remark to **Biggirl** back on p.2. So, who’s still got room for one more mildy crazed Doper? 🙂 **Geobabe** , **Hamadryad** , are you guys still talking about driving up? Check your email! ---

Hey, if people are going to be driving up, can I bum a seat or the luggage rack or something?🙂 I promise I make for a very amusing story. Or something:p ---

Someone offer me a place to stay, as I’ve been laid off AGAIN as of today (that’s four fucking times in two years), and I’m in like something that’s in. ---

So…I’m thinking…maybe I might wanna come up for this. But I’m not sure. See…January 4th is my birthday. Not that I care. Really, I don’t. But everyone else in the free world does and trying to explain to them why I’ve ditched all their plans and ignored all their phone calls as I hop a plane for NYC? “Hello, this is Ender, I’m not in right now. I’ve decided to go off and meet some total strangers for the weekend. If this is my mom, please don’t call 911. Really, I’m ok. If this is my Dad, stop yelling at me. No. Stop. I’m not listening to this anymore. Thank you all and leave your warm wishes at the beep.” ---

**Ender** , you really must come. I mean, wouldn’t it be so much more fun to get spanked by a bunch of Dopers than your family? ---

I will be heartbroken if I am actually in the same city as **Eve** and don’t get to meet her! Plus how awesome would it be if she would to sign the copy of **Anna Held and the Birth of Ziegfeld’s Broadway** I purchased for my sister as a Chanukah present!
