I just ate a Jimmy Dean’s Breakfast bowl - Eggs, sausage, taters, cheese-like-substance, gravy-like-substance. It was tasty and super bad for me. When you gettin out of there **Beck**? (You prolly already said but I’ve got the short-term memory of a goldfish.) I don’t think I said, but I’m glad things are going pretty okay for you **Gotti** **Wifey** was sick this morning. (Not _that_ kind of sick. The baby factory was evicted a long time ago.) Iffen she feels better soonish we’re gonna pack up our stuffs and the dogs and head over the hill, or up the gorge rather. There’s snow up on the hill. Or so they say. I just looked at the ODOT cameras and it’s not snowing right now, but it’s below freezing and the roads are wet. TWPTB say it’s gonna snow there sometime today. 😕 I was supposed to go see my money guy on Moanday, but I cancelled. Too depressing. ☹ All y’all have a nice weekend. ---

I will depart here on Monday. I have to go to the recuperative/rehab place. I’m planning on a week to 10 days. My insurance will cover a month’s stay. I ain’t staying that long. I promise! Mid-daughter texted me saying the Meezers are fine. She’s making their treats. I had to tell her the specific recipe. I made a bunch last week. Or, maybe it was 2 weeks ago. Hmm? They shoulda had plenty. The lil’wrekker hinted the cat’s are being a real PITA. Not my babies. I don’t know what she’s talking about. 😉 Mid-daughter has her hands full: her 2 young boys, 2 Chihuahuas, my 2 pups, 2 snooty/spoiled Siamese cats. Maybe I will stay a month in re-hab. (:)) ---

I rarely get hit with the lupus fatigue like I am today. I feel like I’ve been attacked by a flock of vampire bats. I’m not really hurting, though, so that’s good. I keep telling myself to suck it up and get going. My inner voice is that of a drill sergeant. My body is flipping it off. **Beck** , glad you got some delicious coffee. I had some cottage cheese. Large curd, low fat. In case that’s not dull enough I shall now commence reading the stock market report from February 4th, 2018. If that’s too exciting, I can do a play-by-play on my neighbor’s cross-stitching project. If the treats are almost gone, it means the Meezers have been _treat_ed well. Yuk, yuk, yuck. Happy Birthday Boofae!! Helped out with soccer uniform distribution but got too tired (still not feeling well) and headed home to nappage for 2.5 hours. Still feeling low (chest cough indicates some type of bronchitis) but enough energy to fix 3 cheese dogs and start the dishwasher. **Cupcakes** , I suspect that some of us will end up quarantined too before this is over… **nellie** , don’t have lupus (that I know of), but I do know the body imitating Beetle Bailey well enough. Get to feeling better. **Becks** , don’t rush it; you want to get home but let your body recover first. Madhouse will still be mad when you return. **Bumba** , be careful on the roads–sound treacherous out there. Blurfage. I have been slothful today. Really really slothful. Ain’t done squat except a couple loads of laundry. Hubs had a good day and went to the grocery twice stocking up on food, hygiene stuff and cleaning supplies. I think we are in for a stay at home as much as possible period. With his health he would not survive the Covid virus. As far as we know the nearest cases are about 175 miles from us. I deal with people every day coming from all over. It is concerning. Happy Birthday **BooFae**. And for **Beck** we had spaghetti puttanesca style with whole wheat noodles and garlic bread. It was good. ---

**becks** , one more piece of food porn: I made a pot of pozole rojo to leave in the slow cooker today. I also made a chop salad of cukes, onions and radishes. The pozole had a bit too much heat to eat without clearing the sinuses, but I can fix some of that for the leftovers and a bottle of beer helped tonight. I also fixed a batch of wild rice and mushroom stuffed cabbage to put in the oven in the morning for the potluck. Happy birthday boofae! I hope you’re feeling up to snuff soon **metal mouse** I spent two hours this afternoon with the charging van. I saw a couple of familiar faces too. This afternoon, I took Nelson to the dog park. There’s a load of clothes in the wash now and likely another will be done before bed. Don’t forget to reset you clocks y’all! 😛 ---

_ **AAAAGGGGHHHH!!!** _ I have mentioned that there are problems at my place of employment, the cafe where I’ve worked for so many years, that was bought by a local catering company. I just had a call from our former kitchen manager, whose job was taken away from her and given to one of my coworkers, along with a substantial reduction in pay. Using a lot of bullcrap excuses they fired her. I am now the longest termed employee, at over nineteen years, with the frikkin’ kitchen bitch being there not quite two years. I am going to work hard to find any other job at full time, then I’m going to quit with no notice. I’ve enjoyed this work for a long time, under my former boss, and I’ve taken pride in making good product, but I can’t work for a company that I’m sure is trying to figure out how to get rid of me too. I’m so angry. It’s going to be tough going in on Monday. My hope is that I can find something before April 5th. That’s the day of a major annual catered event at the library, a tea in which donors and potential donors to the library foundation are stroked. I’m the only person now who has ever worked it, and I’d love to screw the owner’s of my place. They have **NOBODY** else who can do the job, or has my knowledge and abilities. Okay, calm down, breathe. but I just had to get this off of my chest.
