# Back to the Future DVD Framing Issues

Regarding the [Back the Future framing issues](http://www.zurueck-in-die-zukunft.com/indexnews1024.shtml?20021027.html) in DVDs two and three, I’ve read in places that they can be sent back to the studio to get the problem fixed. However, I’ve read different addresses and no specific time frame to return them.
So does anyone know when and what the correct address is to return them?

Thanks. Didn’t find it earlier, but having the search engine reject words that are three letters or less make researching stuff like sex and/or DVD difficult.
