Found myself unconscious on the floor last evening. All the forces were on top of the tragedy. I got cleaned up(I drool alot when I’m unconscious). Put to bed. Allowed a snack and my ankles were restrained and the baby crib bars were pulled up on each side. I was sent for scans and X-rays. I have goose egg on my head behind ear. The PA said there was no seizure activity. He thinks I may have just fainted. I was prescribed a new sleep aide. I was kinda sleeping good. But the nurses kept waking me up, asking what the date was, and who was the president. ?? I said " I didn’t think anyone was president" Got a laugh. My head is a little sore. I think I’ll live.🫣 ---

Beck, they kept waking me to draw blood once, and they’d tell me why they were waking me. I’m pretty good at coming wide awake right away so I’d ask them what they were using to draw blood. “A butterfly,” they’d respond. “I said quit killing the butterflies, red crayons work better.” It made them laugh because they thought I was still half-asleep. But nope, I knew exactly what I was saying. Laughter distracts from the discomfort of it all. I’m glad you might live. You go careful, sweetie. ---

My kids convinced me to play the phone game Pikmin Bloom. You get points for steps and plant flowers and send critters out to fetch things. They invite me to be part of group step challenges, so they can see what my steps were each week. You could ask Hildagard to group with you. Then you can see her steps, too. ---

That’s my plan for the next time a kid of mine upgrades their Apple Watch, I’ll use it for the fall detection feature and always having something on me to use to call for help. Yes it has a fall alarm on it The Li’l wrekker is setting it up. She’ll bring it tomorrow. She now has time for her ol’Ma. She’s been helping at her university with freshman orientation. And that’s done. Her students are lined up. They are due to campus in the last week of August. She’s teaching, Teaching. Seems redundant to me. She has 2 classes this year. One is choir.( She minored in Music) Her schedule makes my head spin. ---
