Just a suggestion btw if you get the post seizure headaches – try ginger ale. Regular, not diet. ---

Ok. The neurologist and his P.A. came to explain my scans and X-rays. I have a small bleed behind my left ear, left over. He’s debating whether to reduce it or wait awhile I have had a bit of head-aches. They weren’t debilitating, just aggravating. He said he could put me on Migraine meds. But he worried it would start seizure activity. So I said nope not gonna do that. Gonna drink me some ginger ale! I’m sitting here worried. How am I gonna do my daily yoga\* head stands​:wink:🙃!! Didn’t ask but I’m guessing my head/brain is fragile. I need to quit thinking oh yeah, I’m already doing that Seriously I don’t need to hit my head anymore. I’m holding on to things to walk. And making sure my CNA is with me for corridor and outdoors walking. I told Hilda it had been suggested for me to do leg presses and leg lifts (oh, Thx. @Gatopescado, appreciate the suggestion) That was probably the worse excercises I have ever done. “Painful” doesn’t say enough about it. “Excruciating” is the term I like. \*(I really don’t do headstands.) ---

Arai are my favorite for fit and quality, but I have to admit that Shoei has a better shield system and is quieter at highway speed. If you don’t want to drop that kinda coin, HJC makes a perfectly serviceable lid for about half as much. ---

I have to admit, I wasn’t thinking M or SP racing helmets, because they wrap so much of your head, you can’t side-eye someone coming up on you. I was thinking of a helmet a mountain climber would wear. ---

@Beckdawrek Ask the neuro about taking Magnesium for your low-grade headaches. Dr Oz was always mentioning magnesium for headaches, and I figured it was quackery. Until I had a throbbing AM headache and couldn’t use my whoop-de-do pain pills for it at that time. I had nothing to lose by trying it, and DAMN that stuff worked! If you get a helmet, let the Grandwrex snazzy it up with stickers! ~VOW ---
