I received an alternate email for her, which I added to her SDMB account yesterday. She should have received an email with instructions to follow. I have not heard anything else. At this point she has to take action. I can’t confirm her email for her. I don’t have access to her email account. If she can get to the SDMB, she can get to email. All she needs is wi-fi. She doesn’t need cell service. FWIW, many modern cell phones can use wi-fi for service if cell service isn’t available. You may have to enable it under the phone settings. ---
