Bad gun ownership. That kid could drop an expensive weapon. The optics alone cost more than what that brat would earn over the next decade. ---

Well she is awfully cute. Maybe they wanted something different than pics of the kid with the puppy. I’m not horrified, though if I had owned a weapon (of any kind) when my kids were toddlers, it would not have crossed my mind to have them pose with one. Assuming it’s not loaded - does the pic mean that the girl’s parents are irresponsible? I don’t think so. Maybe a bit of a warped sense of humor, eh? I own a gun now and my 19 year old kid owns a few. We go shooting together sometimes. The first time he and I shot his first gun - a Mosin-Nagant - we went to a quarry and documented the moment with a few pics. Good times. ---
