Well, I was walking in the jail yard…erm…lovely courtyard at the rehab place. I sat on a bench and wasps were zooming and dive bombing me. I determined I’d be safer moving, so I did. I’m walking the trail looking for my cat friends. I see something in a light color under the brush. Awww, it’s deceased. I find that troubling. I look closer and I see a small 4 legged creature. Huge fangs and long scary claws. A couple of dark spots on the body. I know what it is, yep, a chupacrabra. Yep, that’s it. Oh wait, those aren’t real. Are they? I go down a list, large rat? Squirrel? Fox? Cat? Baby Bigfoot fetus. Not really rodent-ly looking. Weird ears. Dare I say opposum? Definitely not monkey. Oh, I know. A ‘Snow Leopard’ baby!! Yep, I’m a genius. Call the zoos and safari parks. I can identify any animal, alive or dead quit yer laughing 🤭 ---

The thing was approximately 10-12 inches long. Longer back legs. Big feet and scary long front claws. Fur is definitely light brown or tan and lots of white. Are Snow leopards born all white? Like the Siamese. Oh, no. Excuse me gotta phone home to see if my cats have decamped. ---

I went out for a minute before it rained. No carcass. It’s creepy taxidermy or predation. I’m thinking taxidermy by that Norman Bates guy. Yep. It’s true. I have to hide before I kick the bucket. I’m going in the storage closet. It’s never locked here. There’s a big shelf unit, I can push in front of the door,so it’s secure. Y’all tell my family where to find me. Before I decompose. 💀 By the way take all the TP stored in there. I want that. Oh wait I’ll be dead. Y’all can have it. ---

I saw the gardener, I guess that’s what he is. He was picking up trash in the courtyard. I asked him if it was a chupacabra? I gave him a good laugh. He said he had scooped it up. He thought it might be a mole. I said, “You’re so wrong, that thing was scary.” He laughed some more. Hmmm. I asked him “Do you know anything about taxidermy?” 😳
