I hate to tell you this, but there are only 12 counties in all the 50 states (by my quick inspection). If we count and include @Andy_L’s play #10 above, then we’ll get to 13. Barely. If we include Quebec, then we’ll easily have 13. It’s @jtur88’s category, what do you think? ---
