Anyone or anything related to Star Wars and its sequels/prequels 1. Joseph Campbell, whose writings on the hero were an inspiration 2. Jack Kirby’s Fourth World series, which were also an inspiration 3. Darth Maul was a bad-ass dude. I wish he wasn’t killed. 4. Dave Filoni, producer/writer/director for Clone Wars, Rebels, and The Mandalorian 5. R2D2, cute lil’ robot that suckered in dollars from the kids 6. Marcia Lucas, George Lucas’ then wife and a highly respected filmmaker. Many have suggested she helped develop Star Wars without being properly credited. 7. Yoda 8. George Lucas’ Industrial Light and Magic, whose visual effects were cutting-edge for the time and really sold the effects of space flight, space battles, highly-detailed space ships, and the shop-worn effect of the regular day-to-day usage of the same. 9. _The Battle of Britain_ (1969) — I’d read that for the dogfighting scenes in the original _Star Wars_ (1977), they used dogfighting scenes scenes from _The Battle of Britain_ . 10. The Child - Disney’s marketing hit from _The Mandalorian_ that boosted Disney+ sales in its beginning. ---
