13 things Abraham Lincoln and John Kennedy did not have in common: 1. Lincoln had a beard; Kennedy was clean shaven 2. Lincoln had few siblings, a brother (who died in infancy) and a sister; Kennedy had many, 3 brothers and 5 sisters 3. Abe did not sleep with Marilyn 4. Lincoln is on the penny; Kennedy is on the half dollar. 5. Lincoln did not go to college. Kennedy went to Harvard. 6. Lincoln served in the Army; Kennedy in the Navy (their ranks were equivalent (Army captain/Navy Lieutenant)) 7. Kennedy had a beautiful wife. Lincoln, not so much. 8. Kennedy was a Berliner, Lincoln was not 9. Lincoln’s mother died at the age of 34, when Lincoln was nine years old. Kennedy’s mother lived to the age of 104 and outlived her son John by thirty-one years. 10. Kennedy was engaged only once - to Jackie; Lincoln was engaged at least once before marrying Mary Todd. ---
