Comic book villains who spent at least some time being a hero (include brief explanation of when)

1. Magneto (he was the head of the New Mutants for a while)
2. Sinestro (he was the most praised Green Lantern before Hal Jordan showed up)
3. The Fifties era Captain America (he and Bucky started as good guys, but gradually turned into ultrapatriotic nuts)
4. The Enchantress (DC, not Marvel) Originally was a friend of Supergirl’s, but tried a dangerous spell that Supergirl had to stop, and it drove the Enchantress to evil.
5/ The Pied Piper (one of Flash’s longstanding Rogues Gallery villains, he eventually reformed, and, as Piper, was a frequent help to the Wally West Flash up to his death shortly before Flashpoint.)
