New category: The closest commercial establishment to your home.

1. An ice cream and farm stand (closed for the winter) across the road.
2. Convenience store, out my back window.
3. Dental clinic 2 1/2 blocks away, or, if that doesn’t count as a commercial establishment, Italian bistro 5 blocks away.
4. A Love’s gas station/truck stop. I _think._ There’s a small town off the highway that’s a bit closer, but we never go there.

1. An ice cream and farm stand (closed for the winter) across the road.
2. Convenience store, out my back window.
3. Dental clinic 2 1/2 blocks away, or, if that doesn’t count as a commercial establishment, Italian bistro 5 blocks away.
4. A Love’s gas station/truck stop. I _think._ There’s a small town off the highway that’s a bit closer, but we never go there.
5. Shell gas station, about 12 kms away.
