She was the daughter of a veterinarian, and my current romantic partner is also a veterinarian, so I see Alex as a “gateway” of sorts into the fascinating world of equine medicine. ---

It means each of us can only answer one time and that makes it easy for a category to stall. We need categories where people can submit multiple answers if necessary to keep it moving. ---

In my “defense”, I would like to note that the previous category also fell within the category of being specific to an individual and, imho, I thought it would be at least as easy to remember your first kiss as your first album purchase. ---

I agree. Both categories had this issue. I don’t think it’s an issue of remembering. It’s an issue of specificity - for each person there’s only one first album or one first kiss so each person is limited to answering one time. With a topic like “Pizza combination toppings” people who’ve already answered once can bump the list forward when it slows down by answering a second time. New topic: breeds of dogs 1. Collie 2.
