I am doing a zillion things to get ready for GingeroftheNorth’s move to the states. One important piece just fell into place, I have found a house. It’s the downstairs of a house, but the upstairs looks like it should open up by May. If it dosen’t we’ll be OK, if cozy, if it does it’ll be perfect. Anyway, that means one thing. I have to move. Ugh. Thing is, I have to move at the end of the month, and with all of my spare funds going for the wedding and the large expense of moving Gingy down here, I have no extra to hire movers, so I am turning again to my doper friends. Last time, 4 people responded with only a few days notice and got me moved. This time I have 2 weeks, so I am hopeful that a few more folks might be able to help. I’ll be moving from Aberdeen about 5 miles up the road to Havre de Grace on March 30. I’ll provide the truck, beverages and pizza for those who can help me out. Please? ---

I’ll be there with bells on. I may even be able to bring a decently-strong friend (who would fit in perfectly as a doper). Would you like, in addition to a truck, a suburban? I use a taurus atm, but I could always bring the beast if need be. ---

I’m currently out of work, so it shouldn’t be a problem for me to help out. However, if by the grace of god I manage to find a job by then, I may have to cancel. Maybe you can e-mail me directions again (I kind of remember how to get there) and the specifics, and I’ll do my best to help you haul some furniture. ---

Oh man I feel so bad about this but I can’t make it ☹ I’ve been fighting off a flu thing all week, but I was gonna come anyway… but then with the dental stuff that is going on, I’m back on the Vicodin. I was hoping I wouldn’t need it but I do. I can’t drive on it. There probably isn’t a way that someone else could drive my van, is there?
