Took me long enough didn’t it? 😛 Well, anyway, I finally got the film developed and the pictures scanned in today, and [here](http://www.geocities.com/tuestmort/bamadope.html) are the pictures of the [BamaDopefest](http://www.geocities.com/tuestmort/bamadope.html). I hope you all enjoy them. Tell me what you think. 🙂 ---

Oh Simetra! Thanks for posting the pics! They’re great!!! Well, they would have been…had I dyed my hair BEFORE I met ya’ll at the BamaDopeFest. ☹ We had SUCH a great time. I am so glad these pics are here. I just showed my whole family and they’re all saying I am now famous. I’d like to thank the Academy… Again, thanks for a wonderful time and for taking the pics. Mer2Mer will just love this. He’s already signed up as a newbie doper (I don’t think he’s posted anything yet) and he will just be thrilled to see us on the 'net! Let’s do it again VERY soon. It was a wonderful night. ---

Oh Silky. You looked beautiful. And it was my pleasure. 🙂 We should do it again soon. Any suggestions anybody? ---

Totoro…I think that’s a compliment, so I’ll say thanks bunches! There’s more where that came from…well, maybe…I hate cameras with a pink and purple polka-dotted passion. Anyhow, I second the notion to have another BamaDope very very soon! ---

How beautiful! I really wish we could have made it. Please let us know where the next one is and we will try to come! We’ll be in Huntsville in June (the 9th, I believe) for a tour of the Space Center. We’ll be up there with a bunch of Starfleet friends. If anybody’s up that way… Saint Zero, Chaos and Destruction (our toddlers) and I would love to meet you! ---

I really wish you could’ve made it too, **Juliana**. June 9th huh? Maybe we could all make a little trip to Huntsville or something. 🙂 ---

June sounds good to me! It’s after my trip to New York that **mer2mer** and I will be making, so that won’t pose a problem at all! I’m sorry we didn’t get to meet the first time, **Juliana** , but if we can all get our date books arranged accordingly, it’ll be great to finally meet you in June! And also, maybe by then **mer2mer** will be posting and know a little more about the SDMB! Thanks for the compliment, **Simetra**! (_blush_) I still should have killed that skunk on my head, though! 🙂 ---

June 9th? Huntsville? I’d love trying to convince my parents to let me make a four-hour drive. I want Saint Zero and Juliana (and everyone else) to be able to come, but that would probably be out of the picture for me. Can’t we do one earlier? Well…if plans work out, and you guys have it, have fun! ☹ But you know there’s always Annie Get Your Gun!!! (Not that expect any of you to want to come, but a little shameless self-promotion never hurt anything, right?) ---

Ummm…that last sentence should read, “Not that I expect…” I’ve been on spring break too long. ---

I was wondering when someone was going to post pics for this. Thanks, Simetra! You all look like you had a wonderful time 🙂 Silky, check out our [Thursday night](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?threadid=56910) get-togethers in NY. Swing by if you get the chance! ---

Glad you liked them **Pucette**. And this is just a little bump 'cause I know not all of the Bamadopers have seen them yet, and I want to hear what they have to say about getting together again soon. 🙂 ---

Aaargh! Man, I HATE that I missed this DopeFest! Unfortunately, my schedule got switched around, and I couldn’t go. Lemme know when the next BamaDope is, and the good Lord willin’ and the creek don’t rise, I’m there! ---

Thanks for posting the pictures, Simetra! I’d forgotten that you’re a shutterbug. I’m filled with good memories of the time we had that night, while at the same time, I’m filled with revulsion at my lack of photogenic…ummmm…ness, or whatever. 🙂 We definitely need to put together another BamaDope very soon. June 9 sounds good, but let’s have another so we don’t exclude the lovely and talented Nocturne. ---

I don’t even look good in a picture of a picture. How sad is that? ☹
