Vogue Contraption (70’s proto-electro, same label as Hurry Fashion) is still unsolved, though Monstre was 2 for 3 (wtg). Also Detached Stoners=Talking Heads is incorrect (but close). I`m still cracking myself up laughing that nobody got Pallet Argument (80`s hair band). This thread is highly addictive, those with jobs/families be forewarned. ---

However, RFK Challengin’ hasn’t been answered correctly (The Nixons was a damn good guess though). The answer for this clue is a bit more literal than most(two words, pretty much straight synonyms for each word). Carp = Phish? Explosive Powder = I seem to remember a hair/metal band named **TNT** back in the day… Here’s a few clues for the niche metal fans (I won’t blame anyone for mot getting some of these; it’s kind of sad that I know who these bands are)… Detritus from shipwreck Large crow La-la-land Barettas Pale Non-Catholic of British descent more to come as I think of them… ---
