Well gee whiz, yet another band-naming thread!! 😃 I like these because I’ve been a rock guitar player for a long time, and I like the crazy names people can dig up. When I was in University (there was conflict in Crimea at that time too), I was in a band\* called the Methylated Spirits. - In a very wide use of the definition, given only one of us played a musical instrument (the guitar). Our best song was called the “The Sound of Silence”, which was created by leaving the tape running while going off to the pub! ---
